- Primary care dermatology including caring for chronic skin conditions and evidence-based guidelines for skin care.
- Medical weight-management programmes tailored to your goals
- Home visits for those unable to travel to the practice.
- Health education and empowerment through information.
- Partnership, counselling and support for the family unit.
- Referral for specialist investigations and consultations, and allied healthcare professional input as needed.
- Routine women’s health consultations and care, including breast examinations, pap smears, and cytology, and referral for specialist investigations and consultations as needed.
- Comprehensive family planning and contraceptive services, including in-practice intrauterine device and Implanon insertion and removal.
- Care for basic gynaecological concerns.
- Preconception consultations including routine investigations, nutritional support and supplementation, adjusting medication to be pregnancy safe, general support, and counselling before taking this wonderful next step of parenthood.
- Antenatal consultations which include a thorough assessment and identification of obstetric-related risk factors, booking bloods (pathology fees excluded), and a short-focused dating ultrasound.
- Postpartum consultation and support, including wound care, lactation support, mental health check-ups and postpartum adjustment.
- Newborn examinations and care
- Early childhood care and continued input as they grow
- Routine well baby, toddler and childhood wellness check ups including developmental, nutritional and vaccine monitoring
- Lactation, feeding and nutritional support
- Care for acute and chronic childhood conditions
- Care for allergic conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis and eczema
- Developmental screening and appropriate specialist referral for neurodivergent conditions such as autism spectrum and ADHD
- Support for the entire family unit through all developmental stages
- A wide variety of GP investigations and procedures, including ECGs, blood tests, pap smears and ear syringing.
- Cryotherapy of skin lesions, such as molluscum and warts.
- Removal and biopsy for minor skin lesions (either for cosmetic reasons or for concern for malignancy)
- Suturing of minor wounds
- Wound care, including post op care
- Abscess drainage

Kindly note that we are a cash practice. We will happily provide an invoice for you can use to claim from medical aid.

Longer consultations are perfect for conditions requiring more in-depth conversations and counselling.
- Complex health concerns and initial chronic condition consultation
- Multiple health concerns requiring attention
- Well baby, toddler and childhood check ups
- Basic women's health consultations for minor gynaecological concerns or preconceptual consultation
- Any consultation where in practice investigations or procedures are required
- Longer follow up consultations
Our longest consultations are best for comprehensive, holistic health checks.
- Annual, comprehensive women’s health consultations including breast and pelvic examinations, pap smear and cytology, and specialist referral as needed.
- Mom and newborn consultation with weighing, measuring, breastfeeding support, postpartum support, and time for all questions to be asked.
- Well child checkups for multiple children in the same family
- Mental health consultations
- Complex health concerns
- Annual medical visits
A consultation conducted in your home environment if you are unable to travel to the practice.
- Home visits are offered by Dr Glasser.
- Wellness checks, general GP consultations, post-surgical care, or palliative care.
- Some procedure,s such as wound care, dressing changes, injections, and blood tests may be possible during a home visit, but more complex procedures may not be possible outside of the clinic environment.
- This service is offered during practice operating hours and is area-dependent as well as at the doctor’s discretion.
In the age of technology we understand that it is often easier to solve problems over video call to avoid having to travel to the practice.
- Any of our consultation lengths may be booked as virtual consultations and you will receive a video link before the time of your appointment. The cost will be the same as an in person consultation of that length.
- Telemedicine does not allow for full medical examinations, vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation to be taken or for procedures to be done.
- Please note that the nature of virtual consultations may impair our ability to make accurate diagnoses and advise on treatment. We may recommend an in person consultation in certain situations.

Please note that the consultation price excludes any investigations and procedures that may be required as well as laboratory fees of third-party laboratories.
